Vehicle Liability Waiver Form
I hereby agree that by renting from Scenic Drive Rentals “SDR”, I accept liability for all damages and/or injury that may occur during the duration of the vehicle rental.
By signing this agreement, I understand than I’m waiving my right to bring court action to recover compensation for any injury to myself or any other person (including passengers & third parties) or for any damages to property, however caused, arising out of my use of the rented vehicle.
I understand that there are serious risks associated with using the rental vehicles.
I understand that there is absolutely no insurance of any kind, provided by SDR.
I acknowledge that a helmet is provided for my use. It is my responsibility to inspect all equipment including vehicle and helmet prior to use.
I, the renter, hereby release SDR, its staff, agents, employees and managers, from any cause of action or claims of any nature, including but not limited to a claim of negligence.Lost/Stolen keys will be charged up to $500
Lost/Stolen or damaged helmets will be charged up to $150
I am responsible for securing and maintaining all equipment that has been rented for the duration of the vehicle rental. If the vehicle is lost, stolen or damaged during the rental period, I will take full responsibility and pay in full to replace or repair the lost, stolen or damaged vehicle/equipment.
I, the undersigned renter, understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing this agreement willingly and voluntarily, after carefully reading the terms and conditions.
